Act Bold runs AI Solutions implementation engagements for DTC, eCommerce, and B2B brands. Four capability categories: Customer-Facing AI, Internal Tools, Workflow Automation, Data Intelligence. Flat $3,000/month pricing with unlimited features and weekly ship cadence. ~47 deployable capabilities in library. ~6 weeks from engagement to first production feature. Implementation, not consulting. No project-based pricing. Contact info@actbold.com.
Most “AI services” are consulting wrapped in PowerPoint. Six months of strategy decks. No code shipped. We do the opposite: implementation, not deliberation. A $3K/month flat fee, unlimited features, weekly ships into your production stack. Customer-facing AI, internal tools, workflow automation, data intelligence — built and deployed, not theorized.
Customer-facing AI (smart product search, AI chatbots, personalized recommendations). Internal tools (team knowledge bases, AI-augmented dashboards, content generation). Workflow automation (MCP integrations with Claude/GPT, process automation across your tools). Data intelligence (forecasting, segmentation, insights). Whatever moves the business — built into your stack at our standard cadence.

/ The AI Reality
Six months of slides. Zero lines of code shipped.
The AI services landscape divides into two camps. Consulting firms produce strategy decks: 60-page PowerPoints, AI maturity assessments, “transformation roadmaps” — and no shipped code. Implementation shops produce production deployments: features in your live stack, real users interacting with real AI, measurable business outcomes. We’re firmly in the second camp — and we charge a flat fee that makes consulting economics impossible.

/ The AI Solutions Stack
Four capability areas. One implementation team.
AI Solutions implementation at Act Bold runs across four capability areas — together they cover the surface where most $2M–$20M brands actually deploy AI. Each area has its own implementation patterns, technical stack, and measurement framework — but they all run through one integrated team on a single weekly cadence.
01
Customer-Facing AI
The AI features your buyers actually interact with. Smart product search that understands “comfortable couch for small apartment” not just keyword matches. Customer service chat that handles tier-1 queries without sounding like a 2018 chatbot. Personalized product recommendations that go beyond “people also bought.” Built into your existing storefront, not bolted on as a third-party widget.
The AI features your team uses internally — typically the highest-ROI category because it directly compounds team productivity. AI-augmented internal knowledge bases (your docs + customer history + policies, queryable in plain language). AI-assisted reporting dashboards. AI-powered content generation tools. Built on Claude/GPT via MCP integration with your actual systems.

Workflow Automation
AI-driven process automation across your existing tools. MCP integrations connecting Claude to your CRM, helpdesk, CMS, project management, and other operational systems. Multi-step automations triggered by business events. Lead routing, ticket triage, content workflows — automated with AI making the judgment calls humans previously had to make.

Data Intelligence
AI applied to your operational data. Demand forecasting models for SKU-level inventory planning. Customer segmentation using behavioral + purchase data. Anomaly detection on operational metrics. AI-summarized monthly business reviews. Not BI dashboards — actual ML and AI models trained on your data, producing insights and predictions your existing BI tools can't.

What “unlimited features” actually means.
“Unlimited features” sounds like marketing copy until you see what’s actually been shipped. Here’s the capability library across active engagements — categorized, status-tagged, and continuously expanding. Pricing is flat. New capabilities are absorbed into the $3K/month engagement.

Sustained Ship Cadence Across 12+ Months
“The flat-fee model only makes sense if the agency can actually maintain the cadence. They can. New feature roughly every week, for over a year now, no scope-creep emails, no project change orders.”
Unlimited features. Weekly ships. No project-based surprises.
UNLIMITED FEATURES
All 4 capability categories. All 47 deployable capabilities. New capabilities added to the library as they're developed. No upgrade tiers. No “premium features.”
WEEKLY SHIPS
Net-new feature shipped to production roughly every week. Some weeks more, some less. Roadmap reviewed monthly. Cadence isn't theoretical — it's how we work.
NO PROJECT SURPRISES
No change orders. No scope creep. No “that's outside the SOW” emails. The flat fee absorbs everything in the capability library. Custom capabilities outside the library scoped separately with full transparency.
Compare to traditional AI engagements: $80K–$200K for 6-month strategy decks. Or $25–$50K per implementation project with months between shipments. Our model only works because we ship continuously.

/ AI Solutions Questions
Five questions worth a real answer.
How “unlimited” pricing actually works, which AI platforms we build on, time-to-first-feature, stack integration, and ongoing maintenance.
The flat $3,000/month fee covers any capability from the library (currently 47 deployable, continuously expanding). New capabilities get added as we develop them — and once they're in the library, they're available to every engagement without changing the fee. The model only works because (1) we've built reusable implementation patterns for the common capability categories, (2) we work at weekly velocity rather than 6-month timelines, and (3) we pre-scope discovery + readiness rather than treating every engagement as bespoke. If you need a capability genuinely outside the library — something we haven't built before, requiring research-level work — we'll scope that separately with full transparency. The library covers what 95% of brands actually need.
Primarily Claude (Anthropic) and GPT (OpenAI), with Gemini and Llama in specific use cases. We use Claude Projects + custom GPTs for end-user features, and direct API integration via the Claude / OpenAI APIs for backend automations. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is our primary integration layer for connecting AI to your existing tools — CRM, helpdesk, analytics, etc. We're model-agnostic in practice — we pick the right model for each capability rather than locking everything into one provider.
Roughly 6 weeks from engagement start to first feature in production. Weeks 1-2 are discovery (AI readiness audit, capability prioritization, first-feature scope). Weeks 3-4 are build + staging. Weeks 5-6 are QA, deployment, and monitoring. After the first feature, the cadence increases — typically 1 new feature per week thereafter, with some weeks shipping multiple smaller capabilities and some weeks focused on a larger implementation.
Most AI capabilities deploy alongside your existing stack rather than replacing it. Customer-facing AI integrates with your storefront (Shopify, custom, etc.). Internal tools sit on top of your existing CRM/helpdesk via MCP. Workflow automations connect your existing tools. Data intelligence reads from your existing data warehouse or DB. We don’t replatform your stack — we add AI layers to it. For platform builds and migrations, see Web Development. If you have specific integration concerns (security, data residency, etc.), we cover those in the AI readiness audit during the first 2 weeks.
Yes. The $3K/month engagement is ongoing — it covers continuous capability development AND maintenance of already-deployed features. Monitoring, model updates, prompt iteration, edge-case handling, and refinement based on real usage all happen as part of the standard engagement. AI features aren't "ship and forget" — they need continuous tuning as user behavior reveals edge cases and as the underlying models update. The flat fee covers this maintenance work alongside new capability development.
