Our expertise spans search engine optimization services, paid advertising, and web development. A Bold Beginning

Act Bold was founded in 2012 by Edo Cohen, co-founder of Flipswap, Inc. Edo helped transform Flipswap from a five-person startup into a major player in electronic recycling. With clients including AT&T, Best Buy, Target, and Nokia, Flipswap earned national recognition. The company secured the No. 81 spot on the 2009 Inc. 500 list with an astounding 1,839.7% growth between 2005 and 2008.

Turning Experience Into Impact

After Flipswap's success and eventual sale, Edo gathered a select group of the company's in-house marketing and web teams to launch a bold new venture. That same year, Eitan Zimerman joined as co-founder.

Together, Edo and Eitan gave Act Bold a competitive edge. Their experience managing budgets, timelines, and high-growth expectations from the client side shaped our mission: transparency, dedication, and creative strategy.
